硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 英文摘要 0bjective To observe the morpholo百c changes and the different expression of activated satellite cells(SCs)in inferior oblique muscles(IOMs) which showed secondary overaction in paralytic hypertropia as well as IOMs in normals．And to explore the way how the activated SCs effect the morphologic changes and fuction of inferior oblique muscles． Method 20 Gases’IOMs of 27 eyes with paralytic hypertropia were sorted as strabismus group and 10 cases normal human IOMs were as control group．Speciment were treated by light microscopy,electric microscopy and their myocyte cross section area were measllred．Cross sections of IOMs were analyzed immunohistochemically according to the expression of Myf-5 and myogenin,makers of activated SCs．Positive cells were counted． Result Heterogeneity of myofiber cross·sectional areas、irregular arrangement of muscle fiber and slight proliferation of collagen fibers were found in the IOMs of strabismus group under microscope．Under electron microscope,we found sub-or normal organization of sarcomere、different states of atrophy、mitochondrial aggregates and vacuolisation、enlargement of the tubules of sarcoplasmic reticulum，even the appearance of floccular degeneration and amount of activated SCs．The frequency of Myf5一and myogenin-positive SC in the strabismic group and the control group was 17．74％士3．16％、3．20％士1．14％and 27．52％士2．65％、3．40％士O．84％． Significant differences e虹sted in the expression of Myf-5 and myogenin in TT 硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 英文摘要 two groups(PO．001)．And the myocyte cross section area of IOMs in two groups was 744．03士157．151tin2 and 645．63士79．44pm2 0》0．05)． Conclusion The presence of apparent pathological changes in secondary overacting IOMs，even the appearance of mount of activated SCs，demonstrate that the secondary overacting IOMs were undergoing a process of myofiber regeneratio
