The The Clinical and Experiment Study on Treatment of Seborrheic Dermatitis with MianYouFengFang Postgr atuate Ml Lan Advisor Ou Yangheng (Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine，changsha 4 1 0007) Abstract Object i ve：To investigate the effective mechanism and clinical significance of the prescription Mianyoufengfang(MYFF)oil Seborrrheic Dermatitis Methods：60 patients with seborrheic dermatitis weFe divided into two groups，Mianyoufengfang group(treatment group)and Weianzhi group(control group)at random．Seborrheic excrete rate(SER)，the content of free fat acid(FFA)in sebum，the number of malassezia furfur baillon(M．furfur)on the nose were tested before and after treatment，and 1 0 normal controls were tested also，acting as normal compare group In order to investagte the inhibition of MYFF on M．furfur．Juleps composed the prescription were all decocted into solution，continuously diluted，the minimum inhibitory consistency of them were determined Resu Resu I ts：MYFF and Weianzhi both improved the symptoms，the effective rate of control group was 73．33％，and the treatment group was 90％which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0．O 1)．SER，FFA，and number of M．furfur on the nose of treatment group were all decreased than those of before treatment(PO．0 J) Polygonum CUS pidatum，Coptis chinemsis，Rhaponticum uniflorum， Cimicifuga foetida，Biota oriental，Rehmannia glutinosa，Paeonia suffruticosa,inhibited the multiplication of M．furfur Conc I US i ons：MYFF could inhibit secretion of sebaceous grands and propagation of M．furfur,SO as to get rid of the two chief factor which caused seborrheie dermatitis．It had a reliably effect on seborrheic dermatitis Key words：Seborrheic dermatitis； MianYouFengFang； SER； FFA：M．furfur 刖 刖 舌 现代医学认为脂溢性皮炎是一种在皮脂溢出基础上的慢性皮肤 炎症。典型损害为带油腻鳞屑的黄红色斑片，伴有不同程度和瘙痒， 是皮肤疾病中的常见病之一。发病率约为100()／10万～3000／10万， 在青年人群中的发病率为3％～5％，发病以青壮年人为主，男性多 于女性。随着生活水平的提高，本病有上升趋势。 面游风方是导师欧阳·巨教授集多年临床经验总结而成的一首中 药复方，具有清热解毒，祛风利湿的功效，临床用于肺胃热盛证脂溢 性皮炎的治疗，取得了较好的疗效
