华中科技大学 硕士学位论文 面向模具企业ERP中的工作流管理技术研究 姓名：李长青 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：材料加工工程 指导教师：李建军;肖祥芷华中科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 ERP 技术是企业信息化管理的大势所趋，已被越来越多的制造业接纳和采用。 但是，面向订单型的模具企业在这场改革中面临着许多困难。这是因为模具生产订 单的随机性，以及模具生产过程中常常出现的设计变更、制造变更、作业计划变更， 使得业务流程更替频繁，生产过程难以控制，最终造成传统 E即系统在模具企业中 实施和应用都较困难。 在传统 ERP 系统中引入工作流技术，可改变其固化的业务流程，使其成为功能 可重构、流程可改变的高度柔性系统，从而满足模具企业管理信息化的要求。从模 具企业生产管理的实际情况出发，构造模具企业 ERP 中的工作流管理系统，并将其 与 ERP 其它子系统集成，为实现模具企业分工合作、信息共享、协调运作的信息化 管理奠定了基础。 工作流技术包括工作流模型建立、工作流执行服务和客户应用管理 三个方面。其中，工作流模型建立负责定义流程模型，并通过接口模块，采集系 统所需要的控制数据:工作流执行服务负责全面管理、监控和调度具体工作流的 执行，是工作流管理系统的核心:客户应用管理是客户具体任务和活动的管理器， 负责系统的集成。在工作流的运行过程中，采用信息驱动技术及时发布工作指令， 并借助工作流跟踪和工作列表查诲等方式监控工作任务的执行结果。 基于上述技术，通过采用基于 Web 的三层体系结构，以 Java 技术和 MVC 设计 模式为支撑，开发了面向模具企业 E盯中的工作流管理系统。该系统为用户提供了 签核流程、工作步骤、工作流和工作流调用等一系列工作流配置和调 用功能·同时通过内置接口保证与其它功能模块的信息交流和数据传递。应用表明， 借助工作流管理技术，使模具.企业的生产过程可得到有效的管理和控制。 关键词: ERP ，工作流，模具企业，MVC ，Java 华中科技大学硕士学位论文 Abstract ERP technology，whích is the tendency of enterprises information m缸lagement ，ís being accepted and applied in more and more manufacturing companies.
