毕业论文 论宁波中小型企业员工培训的作用与方法 【摘要】:企业之间产品的竞争、技术的竞争、市场的竞争、供应链的竞争等等,归根结底都是人才的竞争,是企业与企业的员工之间综合素质的竞争。人才是第一生产力,高素质的人才更是企业核心竞争力的表现。人才的流失不仅会降低企业的核心竞争力,更会造成企业隐形资产的流失。本文立足中小企业基层员工培训的视角,就中小企业员工培训效果不佳的原因进行探讨,总结出致使中小企业员工培训效果的现状以及不理想的主要因素,并就此提出了可行的对策措施,以期促进中小企业基层员工培训质量的提高。 【关键词】:员工培训 培训作用 对策措施 0n Business Innovation of State-own Commercial Bank The role of theory of Ning (Zhou Juan) (Internet Network Grade: 2013 Class: XiKou 【Abstract】:Between enterprise product competition, technological competition, market competition, supply chain competition, etc., in the final analysis is the talent competition, is the enterprise and enterprises comprehensive quality competition among employees.
