毕业论文 论宁波中小型企业员工培训的作用与方法 【摘要】：企业之间产品的竞争、技术的竞争、市场的竞争、供应链的竞争等等，归根结底都是人才的竞争，是企业与企业的员工之间综合素质的竞争。人才是第一生产力，高素质的人才更是企业核心竞争力的表现。人才的流失不仅会降低企业的核心竞争力，更会造成企业隐形资产的流失。本文立足中小企业基层员工培训的视角，就中小企业员工培训效果不佳的原因进行探讨，总结出致使中小企业员工培训效果的现状以及不理想的主要因素，并就此提出了可行的对策措施，以期促进中小企业基层员工培训质量的提高。 【关键词】：员工培训 培训作用 对策措施 0n Business Innovation of State-own Commercial Bank The role of theory of Ning （Zhou Juan） (Internet Network Grade: 2013 Class: XiKou 【Abstract】：Between enterprise product competition, technological competition, market competition, supply chain competition, etc., in the final analysis is the talent competition, is the enterprise and enterprises comprehensive quality competition among employees.
