摘 要 加工贸易作为一种充分利用资源、市场的有效方式，在解决就业、促进外贸经济增长等方面发挥了不可替代的作用，它可以充分发挥我国的比较优势。东莞的加工贸易自改革开放以来获得了快速的发展，极大地拉动了东莞经济的增长。加工贸易已经成为东莞经济的重要组成部分和推动经济增长的主要动力。然而，随着东莞加工贸易的快速发展，东莞加工贸易的技术层次偏低、经营模式单一、发展模式粗放以及对国际市场过度依赖的特性日益突出，东莞加工贸易的转型升级势在必行。 本文通过对东莞加工贸易的发展及其转型升级的现状进行分析，阐述了东莞加工贸易转型升级的原因与其所拥有的国内外转型升级条件，并针对东莞加工贸易的特性提出了加工贸易转型升级的对策。 关键词：东莞加工贸易 转型升级 对策 ABSTRACT Processing Trade as a full use of resources, markets and effective way to address employment, promote economic growth, foreign trade has played an irreplaceable role, it can give full play to Chinas comparative advantage. Dongguans processing trade since the reform and opening up access to a fast development has greatly spurred the economic growth of Dongguan. Processing trade has become an important part of Dongguans economy and the main driver of economic growth. However, with the rapid development of processing trade in Dongguan, Dongguan, low technical level of processing trade, a single business model, development model and extensive over-reliance on international markets have become increasingly prominent features, Dongguan, transformation and upgrading of processing trade is imperative.  Based on the development of processing trade in Dongguan and the transformation and upgrading of the current situation, described the transformation and upgrading of processing trade in Dongguan and the reasons for the transformation and upgrading its own domestic conditions and the characteristics of the processing trade for Dongguan proposed transformation and upgrading of processing trade countermeasures.
