课堂组织教学连接着整堂课的始终,是课堂教学正常运行的保证。它既体现教师的基本技能,也是一门值得每位教师及师范生学习探讨的艺术;既是灵活多样,需要教师发挥教育机智灵活多变地加以运用,又是有章可循,有一定规律。新课程下倡导:教学过程中,师生应在平等对话、积极互动中寻求共同发展;教师应积极创设学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生学习积极性。这也在一定程度上说明了教师应当重视课堂的组织教学。本文对小学课堂组织教学做些许粗浅的探讨,在明确选题重要性即小学课堂组织教学的意义之后,结合小学低、中、高年级学生的注意规律,对当前新课程理念下小学课堂组织教学过程中仍然出现的普遍问题进行简要分析,并通过查阅相关书籍文献、观察、走访等方法,对教学方法进行较为系统的总结归纳。以此呈现较为多样化的课堂组织教学方法,旨在为小学课堂注入更多的活力,为教师更好地协调课堂秩序、顺利完成既定的教学目标,为学生能够更有兴趣的学习,为师生课堂的和谐关系做些许铺垫。

Discussion on Organizing Classroom Teaching of Primary School
ABSTRACT
Classroom teaching organization is connected to the whole class, and it’s also the guarantee of classroom normal operation. It reflects the basic skills of teachers, but also a worthy art to explore to every normal student. Because of its flexible, it requires teachers to use them freely, but also have rules to follow. Under the new curriculum advocates: during the teaching process, teachers and students should develop in equal dialogue and active interaction, at the same time, teacher should create a positive educational environment for students to actively participate, in order to stimulate students enthusiasm. It also reflects to some extent that the organization should pay attention to teacher in teaching classroom. In this paper, the author does a little superficial discussion on the organization classroom teaching. After a clear understanding of the importance of organization classroom teaching, combined with attention rules of each grades, the article makes a brief analysis on the common problems within the new concepts of organization classroom teaching currently, and a systematic review of teaching methods with relevant literature books, observations, visits and other ways.
