研究生优秀毕业论文 发展以及酒器的简单化为汉代饮酒的世俗化与平民化趋势推波助澜。 发展以及酒器的简单化为汉代饮酒的世俗化与平民化趋势推波助澜。 汉代饮酒成为饮酒世俗化与平民化的过渡时期。 关键词：汉代饮酒世俗化平民化趋势 Ⅱ 万方数据 AbstractWith Abstract With the stability of politics and the prosperity of economics， winemaking technology are developing rapidly on the basis of the pre-Qin era，and wine industry reaches an unprecedented scale．Brewing， buying，drinking activities become more and more popular．The Han Dynasty Drinking shows her OWl2 characteristic which is different from the past．On the basis of previous studies，I combined historical documents wi也unearthed information and focused on the development of liquor industry in the Han Dynasty and the feature of Han Dynasty drinking wine Chapterl is rifled as”The Development of the Han Dynasty Wine”． It analyzes the progress of the Han Dynasty winemaking techniques，the increase of wine profit as well as the expanding of wine scale．This is the material basis which makes Han drinking presenting the tendency of secularization and civilization．Make Qu technology,brewing methods， wine shop and wine prices are also the important points of this part． Chapter2 is titled as”The Tendency of Secularization in Han Dynasty Drinking”．Firstly it sketches on the situation of sacrificial wine in the pre Qin era and indicates that the divinity takes a large potion in drinking and alcohol mainly entertains God；Secondly it discusses the worship of ancestors and ghosts by wine in Han Dynasty to indicate that III 万方数据 the the function of entertaining God by alcohol is still strong，but in the activities of God entertaining，drinking entertains people increasingly； Finally it remarks that the Han drinking entertain people in festivals， weddings and funeral and indicates the tendency of secularization in Han drinking． Charpter3 is titled as”The Tendency of Civilization in Han Drinking ”．Firstly combining with a lot of unearthed materials，it discusses the activities about drinking in the Yellow River region，Ba Shu region，the Yangtze River region and
