华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 The Evaluation on General Practitioner Training in Shenzhen Master Candidate: Deng Jian Supervisor: Prof. Lu Zuxun Abstract Objectives: The aim of this study is to promote the development of general practitioner training and medical health services in Shenzhen, provide an important reference for general practitioner training in other cities by evaluating the present training system of general practitioners and learning from the successful experience in the training of general practitioners home and abroad. Methods: The domestic and international general practitioner training modes were learned and compared via studying literature. A questionnaire survey of training process and effect was conducted with 379 participants, who was participating the standardized, transferred and teacher’s training of general practitioners. The leader of health administrative institutes, the training managers and trainees were interviewed. Statistical analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and multivariable analysis methods. Logistic regression analysis was used to ascertain the influencing factors of the stratification of participants for general practitioners standardized training. Finally, the training system of general practitioner in Shenzhen was evaluated using the structure - process - outcome system.
