Thinking mode is relative stable, it will be difficult to change when people once formed, especially thinking mode of an era once formed, this is called thinking set. Owning to this thinking set, subject have a definite object in view, that is to say, subject can remove the irrelevant and catch the critical information of the object. However, thinking mode is a historical category, our thinking field can’t be restricted by fixed thinking mode, it changes and develops by the changes and develops of the history. The Third Plenary Session Of The 16th Central Committee Of The Communist Party (CCP) Of China propose “Human-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated, sustained development view”, namely scientific development view, it enriches the connotation of development, brings forth new ideas, widens mode of thought and solves problems we may face in development, it is our Partys important understanding of laws of economic society development and creative idea of development as well. Development view is the overall views and fundamental viewpoint about the nature, purpose, meaning and requirements of development. Thinking mode of development view is a thinking method system about view of the world, methodology and knowledge structure.
