After the Cold War in Northeast Asia because of its important strategic position and huge economic potential and become the focus of U.S. global strategy. Mongolia as Northeast Asia, a geo-strategic position is extremely important country, the United States as in Northeast Asia strategy to curb the intimate partner of China and Russia. After the end of the Cold War, the United States and Mongolia relations R gradually heat up, showing the development trend of the political exchanges and military cooperation, and economic and technological and cultural ties as a catalyst, which caused the game between the major powers of the United States, China and Russia have adjusted the strategy of Mongolia and a fierce competing interests in Mongolia, which will affect the security and stability in Northeast Asia.
