PAGE PAGE 2 结 论 ： ①慢性浅表性胃炎患者血清CEA、CA199、CA125水平均可 见升高，血清CEA升高以脾胃湿热型病人表现明显；但CA199、CA125 未发现与肝胃不和证、脾胃虚弱证、脾胃湿热证有相关性，可能与本研 究纳入的病例数较少有关，尚不足以下定论。②慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃虚 弱证，胃镜下多见单纯慢性浅表性胃炎；脾胃湿热证多CSG伴糜烂；肝 胃不和证多见CSG伴胆汁反流。 关键词 ：慢性浅表性胃炎；辨证分型；胃镜像；癌胚抗原 CEA；糖类 抗原 CA199、CA125 Study On Relationship between TCM Syndrome， Gastroscope Elephant and Serum CEA、CA199 、CA125 in Chronic Superficial Gastritis Abstract Objective: The research aims to discuss the inter-relationship among serum CEA, CA199 , CA125and different TCM syndromes of CSG, look for objective material bases for TCM syndrome differentiation, and further promote the objectification and standardization of this syndrome differentiation. Methods: Select 160 diagnosed CSG patients. All the cases are re-diagnosed and grouped by TCM differentiations on the basis of the “introductive criterion of clinical researches of new TCM drugs (2002 edition)”, 160 patients will be divided into three groups , including Disharmony Between Liver and Stomach , Damp-Heat in Spleen and Stomach, Cold Deficiency in Spleen and Stomach . and a control group of 20 health cases. Observe and make records of the gastroscopic pictures of these syndromes, treat the patients with enzyme linked immunoassay, test the serum CEA and CA199、CA125 levels of different syndrome groups according to the methods printed on the medicine’s box. Adopt statistic analysis to the results, and discuss the interrelationship between them. Results: ①There is a marked difference between the CSG groups and the control group in CEA、CA199 and CA125 levels (P0.01), the former is higher than the latter.
