成人高等学历教育 学 位 论 文 BIM新技术在建筑工程中的应用探讨 办学单位： 广东交通职业技术学院 专业年级： 建筑工程 2014级本科 学 生： 罗亚强 （010515312809） 指导教师： 刘雷斐 讲师 提交日期： 2016 年 3 月 20 日 摘要 随着建筑业的蓬勃发展，现如今在建筑工程上有了详细的业内规范，在建筑工程项目管理上，有了一大批经验丰富的管理人员及施工人员。但是，随着科学技术的进步发展，新型材料层出不穷，业主对建筑的新要求，使得原有的施工及管理经验，不足以应对高速发展的施工工艺要求和满足对施工人员素质要求，而这些新问题，使项目管理人员增加了工作量。 科学技术的革新，不仅仅是出现了新的问题，也让我们有了解决问题的新途径。BIM技术是近几年才出现在中国建筑业的新技术，在解决诸多问题上有着强大的处理能力。本论文为了读者清晰、明确的了解BIM。通过分析工程项目的三大管理现状，提出现行的管理办法中存在的问题以及问题产生的原因，与此同时，阐述BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用，以对比传统的项目施工及管理的方式，探讨BIM技术在建筑工程中应用的优越性。在论文最后，简述了目前国内BIM技术应用及发展所面临问题和阻碍。 关键词：BIM（建筑信息模拟） 建筑工程 项目管理 Abstract Today, with the vigorous development of the construction on the construction project with detailed specification of the industry, in construction engineering project management, there are a large number of experienced management personnel and construction personnel.
