试论城市道路排水系统的构成及施工质量 摘要：通过对一些公路排水现状和排水设施布设情况的分析表明，市政道路常见的各种病害，其中水是危害公路的主要自然因素，大多数路基沉陷，冲刷，坍塌，翻浆，断裂等病害，都不同程度的与地表水和地下水的侵蚀有关，水的作用加剧了路基和路面结构的损坏，加快了路面使用性能的恶化，缩短了他们的使用寿命。因此，道路排水是否通畅是影响路面使用性能和使用寿命的一个重要因素，设置市政路面结构内部排水系统，能够将积滞在路面结构内的水分迅速的排出路基、路面结构外，有利于改善道路的使用性能，提高里面的使用寿命。 关键词：市政道路；排水系统；构成；施工 abstract: based on the status quo of some highway drainage and drainage facilities’ setting analysis shows that, the municipal road of common diseases, in which the water is harming highway the main natural factors, the majority of roadbed subsidence, erosion, collapse, boiling, fracture and other diseases, different level and the erosion of surface and underground water, the role of water aggravate the damage of subgrade and pavement structure, accelerate the deterioration of pavement performance, shorten their life. therefore, whether the road drainage patency is the effect of pavement performance and the service life is one of the important factors, install municipal pavement structural drainage system, can be accumulated in the pavement structure within the water quickly out of the subgrade, pavement structure, to improve the performance of roads, improve the service life. 中图分类号：tu99 文献标识码： a 文章编号：2095-2104（2012）07-0020-02 市政道路排水系统构成 市政道路排水系统包括：雨水井、沉泥井、过街排水管、排水检查井，地下排水主干线。排水检查井和地下排水主干线部分工程量较大，多由排水公司施工，而雨水井、沉泥井，过街排水管部分多数由道路主体施工单位完成。整个市政道路排水系统程序如下： 路面雨水→雨水井→沉泥井→过街排水管→排水检查井→地下排水主干线 系统构成。 1.1雨水井。雨水井也叫收水口，市政道路上的雨水井是其中的一部分，雨水井常见的有两种，一种是八六式雨水井，一种是带沉泥井的双蓖式雨水井，也有四蓖、八蓖的，雨水井的施工应在石灰碎石完工后，在6cm黑色路面施工之前进行比较合适。 1.2沉泥井。沉泥井是装配式雨水井的一部分，在此单独作为一部分介绍。沉泥井的作用是沉积、贮存路面雨水冲刷带来的淤泥，垃圾，沉泥井上有检查孔，可以下去进行清理，防止排水管道堵塞，沉泥井盖位于人行道上，紧靠边石，沉泥井的施工期应选在边石安装完毕，人行道土方基本整平时比较合适。 1.3 过街排水管 过街排水管是外径36cm，壁厚3cm的混凝土管，1m或2m长，它的作用是把雨水井或沉泥井内的水导入排水检查井内。安装过街排水管的时期应在铺设石灰碎石之前，二灰土施工完毕时较合适，这样开挖的沟槽易于成型，又容易开挖。 二、市政道路施工注意事项 1、雨水井与沉泥井的注意事项，开槽时超挖部分不可用素土回填，应用灌浆石填补。在安装雨水井沉泥井的连接管时，防止出现倒坡，水流的方向是从雨水井蓖槽注入沉泥井。由于灰口厚度找不准，或测量有些误差，井盖有可能比边石高或低，若比边石低些，可以在井盖与最上节井框之间的灰口找，垫砖或加大灰口；若比边石低些，可以在井
