毕业设计报告纸 PAGE 毕 业 设 计 课题名称 电池包装送料装置总体方案及控制系 统设计 院/专 业 机械工程学院/数控设备应用与维护 班 级 数维1011 学 号 1001493101 学生姓名 许峰 指导教师： 黄杰 2013 年 6月 1 日 第 第 PAGE 4 页 共 NUMPAGES 40 页 摘 要 可编程控制器(PLC )作为控制系统的核心装置，功能强大、性能稳定可靠。在现代工业自动化生产中得到了广泛的应用。取得了理想的控制效果。 本论文以高速全自动电池包装机控制系统为背景，理论与实践相结合，详细阐述了集PLC技术，光电位感应技术等先进控制技术在该包装机控制系统中的应用。论文主要内容如下：概述了可编程控制器PLC的现状及其在包装机械上应用的可能性和前景；通过对电池包装机生产工艺流程的了解，统计其输入输出I/O点，然后进行PLC选型，程序的仿真设计；电池的包装是一个典型的顺序控制，因此我们利用步进控制指令实现了包装过程的程序控制；利用三菱公司的编程软件GX Developer软件进行程序的编写和仿真。 本设计的主要任务就是完成PLC控制系统的设计和控制电路的设计。 关键词：可编程控制器,电池包装机，仿真 Abstract Programmable logic controller ( PLC ) as the core device of the control system, powerful, stable and reliable performance. It is widely used in modern industrial automation production. To obtain the ideal control effect. In this paper, the high-speed automatic battery packaging machine control system as the background, combining theory with practice, elaborated PLC technology, application of photoelectric position sensor technology and advanced control technique in the packing machine control system. The main contents are as follows : an overview of the status of programmable controller PLC and its possibilities and prospects of application in packaging machinery; through the production process of battery packaging machine understanding, statistics of its input and output I\/O, and then PLC selection, simulation design program; battery pack is a typical sequential control, therefore we use the step control command to realize the packaging process control program; program using the software programming software GX Developer of the Mitsubishi Co s programming and simulation. Design the design of the main tasks is to complete the design of PLC control system and control circuit.
