Low occupancy of resources、seriously wasting and low comprehensive utilization efficiency have put a serious impact on the sustainable development of their eco- nomic and social. The building of immigrants eco-industrial park can open a new road to achieve the development of sustainable and recycling economy for the Three Gorges. In this paper, through access to a large amount of data, the use of a combination of practical and theoretical method to analyze how the con- struction of Fengjie eco-industrial park. First of all, this paper has used the corporate strategic analysis (SWOT analysis) to do a system analysis of the Fengjie immigrants eco-industrial park. On the Fengjie eco-industrial park construction advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, respectively, do a detailed analysis.Then it has formu- lated the development positioning and development goals for Fengjie immigration eco-industrial park; selected the plastic orange processing industry, the bio-pharmaceutical industry, the characteristics of the agri- cultural products processing industry as the parks three leading industries; formated the park ecological industry chain and symbiotic network; con- structed spatial structure of one spindle, four major ethnic groups; a ser- III III vice core, the two secondary centers for the Fengjie immigrants eco-industrial park. At last, the paper put forward corresponding coun- termeasures and suggestions on accelerating the construction of the Fengjie immigrants eco-industrial park.park.
