中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 随着我国城乡统筹发展及新医改政策的持续推进，区县级综合医院建设已成 为我国医疗卫生事业发展的重要方向。改扩建是建立现代医院的主要途径，大量 山地区县级综合医院改扩建及整体更新项目将陆续提上日程。从目前已经实施的 改扩建工程来看，建筑师对于此类项目缺乏总体把握，建成效果也不尽理想。总 体设计是医院建筑设计中的重要环节，通过对上位规划建设条件的系统梳理，建 立起进一步建筑设计的宏观视野。目前国内对于医院建筑总体设计的基础理论研 究已较为深入，主要集中在新建医院模式化层面，条件限制较少，是一种理想化 设计理论研究；医院改建、扩建策略方面，研究也已较为广泛并有大量实践经验 的总结，但集中于城市大型综合医院改扩建策略的通用型研究。对于即将大量优 化升级的山地区县级综合医院这类特殊用地条件的特定类型医院改扩建，目前国 内应用型研究尚且较少。希望通过本文的研究能够从总体设计的角度对此方面提 出一些有益的建议。 本文首先通过对山地区县级综合医院建设的新要求及其发展现状进行梳理， 分析山地区县级综合医院改扩建中的影响因素，明确医院建设规模拓展与建设用 地不足是山地区县级综合医院改扩建中的基本矛盾。结合具体案例的对比分析， 进一步找出其改扩建总体设计的特殊性，从而建立起山地区县级综合医院改扩建 总体设计的宏观把握：基于医院自身生长规律，通过功能的集成共享与建筑环境 的整体协调，实现医疗环境的人性化提升。在此基础上，结合调研成果，从院区 空间和建筑空间两个层面就山地区县级综合医院改扩建总体设计提出具体适宜的 针对性设计策略。 关键词：山地，区县级综合医院，改扩建，总体设计 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT With the urban-rural integration in China and the latest health care reform，the construction of county general hospital become an important direction of the health plan in China. Renovation and expansion is the main way to build a modern hospital. A large number of county general hospitals in mountain area are planned to be expanded and overall update. But in view of the current projects which have been implemented, architects are in such a lack of general understanding that the result is not ideal. The overall design is an important part of the hospital design. Through combing the host planning conditions systematically, overall design establish the macro perspective for architectural design. At present, the basic theory for the overall design of hospital buildings have in-depth studied. The main focus is in the new hospital architecture modeling aspect which is idealized. Research for renovation and expansion design strategy of hospital on which there are a lot of experience summarized has also been widely, but trend to large city general hospital.
