论新课程背景下的教学风格 论新课程背景下的教学风格 中文摘要 中小学教师教学风格研究是世界教师教育发展的一股重要潮流，也是我国新 一轮基础教育课程改革和新时期教师专业发展的内在需要和重要要组成部分。对 这一问题的研究，具有极强的理论意义和现实意义。 本文依托教育学、心理学等学科的有关理论，并结合新课程改革的重要背景， 在教师教学风格新特质这一问题上，进行了历史研究、比较研究、理论研究和实 证研究。主要的观点和研究内容如下： 教学风格是以教师个体的身心发展为基础，在社会和时代教育文化环境的影 响下，通过丰富的个体和群体的教育教学实践，形成具有个性化、相对稳定性和 富有成效性的教学行为集合。这里要特别指出的是，此处的“行为”，不单指外 显的教学行为也指内隐的教学行为，内隐的行为包括教学机智、教学反思、教学 设计以及教育者的情感、态度、信念、价值观等，也即行为在此定义中应当作广 义的理解。 课程和教学风格之间存在着极为密切的内在联系，一方面教学风格理论是课 程文化演进的结果，正是随着课程理论的发展，人们对教师的地位和角色以及教 学风格才有了一个由浅而深的理解，另一方面教学风格的发展也促进了课程文化 的繁荣。 通过对浙江省中小学教师的教学风格现状调查发现，很多教师对教学风格并 不了解，而且许多教师也缺乏发展教学风格促进专业成长的自觉意识，因此进一 步揭示教学风格内在的规律，促进它进一步发展就成为当务之急。与此同时新课 程的改革要求我们必须对教学风格的内涵进行新的解释和建构，应该注意的是新 课程改革也为教学风格的发展提供了新的机遇。在新的形势和条件下发展教学风 格的有效途径为：反思性实践、教师专业社群的校本研究、校本培训、校本课程 开发、构建教学风格评价新体系以及学校文化更新。 关键词：教学风格；教师；新课程改革；发展 Di Di scuss Teaching Style on Condit ion of New Curricula Reform ABSTI己ACT The research of teaching style in compulsory education is the important trend of the world teacher education development，which also involved in curricula reform and teacher profession deVelopment． A research tO this problem has great theoretical and practical significance． Based the pedagogy， psych0109y and thinking about the background of curricula reform， the work has made historical，comparative， theoretical and positivism research． The main ideas and research contents 1isted the fOllowing． Teaching style is characteristic、 stable and effective behaviour set that deriVed from the plenty of teacher group education practice and based teacher’ physical and psych0109ical development． In addition， the current social culture and education culture haVe great influence it． It should be specially noticed that “behaviour set”is not only referred to explicit behaviour but also implicit behaViour， such teaching reflection， teaching design， teaching intelligence，emotion，attitude， ideas and value。That is to say the behaviour set has rich meanings． Between curriculum and teaching style，which exists intrinsic relation．On hand the theory of teaching st
