机械科 机械科学研究总院硕士学位论文摘要 Ⅱ万方数据 Ⅱ 万方数据 ABSTRACT In the present thesis, alumina-based ceramic cores samples (referred to as cores) were prepared by hot injection molding, and EC95 was selected as matrix material and ZrSiO4 as mineralizing agents. The effects of added ratios of ZrSiO4 and different sintering temperatures on the properties of alumina-based ceramic cores were studied, and small-sized alumina-based ceramic cores were also prepared. The phase composition, fracture morphology, room temperature properties and high temperature properties of the cores with added ratios of ZrSiO4 of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% were studied, the decomposition of ZrSiO4 and formation of mullite had significant effects on the properties of the cores, thus an optimal added ratio of ZrSiO4 was ascertained: 10%. The properties of the cores were(sintered at 1420 ℃ ): room temperature flexural strength:36.02MPa, sintering shrinkage:0.56%, high temperature flexural strength:18.87MPa, high temperature deformation:0.44mm; The cores were then sintered at 1350℃,1420℃ and 1480℃, and also the phase composition, fracture morphology, room temperature properties and high temperature properties of the cores were studied. The proper sintering temperatures for the cores were 1420℃ and 1480℃. Sintered at 1420℃, the room temperature flexural strength seemed preferable(＞30MPa)，while sintered at 1480 ℃ , the high temperature properties seemed better because of the formation of mullite (high temperature flexural strength ＞ 15MPa, high temperature deformation＜0.4mm); The manufacturability of small-sized alumina-based ceramic cores was also investigated.
