Abstract After accession to the WTO in 2001,the economy of China have a huge development, plus the effect of the internet finance of developed countries, the internet finance in our country have a big development which have threatened the development of traditional financial institutions-the commercial bank. Because of the internet finance, the commercial bank have lost many customers. The internet finance are based on the internet technology and have many innovative financial products, the customers can get in touch with these products quickly and freely. However, the commercial banks are limited operating deposit and loan business, and lost more and more customers in the competitive atmosphere. At the same time, due to the P2P ’s the characteristics of flexible interest rates and the YuEBao’s higher rates, the commercial bank have a disadvantage in the financial industry. Therefore, the commercial should have a reform which should be in the range of the “ commercial bank law”. Revising the “commercial bank law” is a significant thing, so we should have different practices and learn from other countries. The American commercial bank have developed its business from the separated systems to the mixed systems, so do the United Kingdom. The universal bank of German and Japan also testified the mixed system have a good effect to the development of the commercial bank. Of course, the “commercial bank law” which have been revised have left a room for the mixed systems.
