，‘叫I ，‘ ‘@Y ‘ li-- 毒“ 毒 “ ^ ● 摘 要 教师专业化是世界教师教育发展的趋势和潮流。同时，在基础教育课程改革 及新课程理念的指引下，研究型教师成为我国教师教育改革的需要和方向。教育 科研能力作为研究型教师的核心能力，已成为构成教师专业素质的一个重要组成 部分。高等师范院校作为培养教师的摇篮，在为师范生成长为研究型教师奠定坚 实基础的过程中，理应确立教育科研素质优先发展、全面发展和终身发展的理念， 积极探索和改进师范生教育科研能力培养的各种途径和方法。 本文从师范生培养内涵这个逻辑起点出发，根据教师教育的两个理论即教师 专业化发展理论和教师教育职前职后一体化理论，得出师范生应该在职前教师教 育阶段获得基本和初步的教育科研能力的培养这一基本结论。在对师范院校师范 生教育科研能力现状调查研究的基础上，本文就师范院校在对师范生教育科研能 力培养过程中存在的问题进行了分析，提出把加强教育类及教育研究课程并改革 教学方式、优化教育实践活动的内容和形式、充分重视论文写作和毕业论文教学、 优化指导教师队伍、完善科研管理机制等作为培养师范生教育科研能力的主要路 ●’ 径。通过提出有效的教育科研能力培养对策，切实提高师范生的教育科研能力， 从而为基础教育培养出大批的优秀合格的教育科研型教师。 关键词：教育科研能力；师范生；问题；对策 ● 4卅JAbstract 4卅J Abstract Teacher professionalization iS the trend of the world teacher education development．At the same time，because of the basis education reform and new curriculum idea Teachers、^，im research ability will meet the needs and the directation of the teachers’training reform．The research ability，which is the core competencies， is considered to be the most important part of the teachers’professional quality．As the cradle of the teachers，Normal university should establish the idea that develop the research ability firstly、comprehensively and through the whole life．Moreover， Normal university have to discover and improve the way and methods on how to traimng the research ability of the initial teachers actively． The issue elaborates from the concept of the initial teachers’training，then according to two theories of the teacher education include teacher professionalization and teacher education integration．From the analysis，it shows the conclusion that the initial teachers should obtain the basic and preliminary research ability during their education experience before the formal teachers．On the basis of the survey of the initial teachers，the issue analyzes the problems about the training process．It proposed that Normal university should reform the curriculum、increase the education curriculum and change the teaching methods．In addition,optimize the content and form of the practiee·i?A
