万方数据 万方数据 摘要 关于金融控股公司的发展探索一直是国内外学者的研究热点。金控公司的综合优势能 否在运营过程中得以体现，目前学者观点不一。我国大陆现行的金控公司多数以银行为依 托构建，与台湾金控公司组建模式类似。作为金控公司构建主体的商业银行，其绩效表现 体现出金控模式的发展优势和存在的问题。大陆与台湾人文社会特点相近，金融发展环境 类似，且台湾金控公司的构建具有典型代表性，通过对比研究两岸金控银行经营绩效表现 和影响因素，对推动大陆金控公司发展具有重要现实意义。 本文基于金控银行绩效理论和两岸金控银行发展现状，利用因子分析法构造两岸金控 银行综合绩效指标并进行对比分析，再进一步从市场环境、组织模式、股权结构、业务范 围等领域实证分析引起绩效差异的原因。文章结果表明：多数台湾金控银行绩效表现优于 大陆金控银行，且前者绩效易呈现两极分化态势；大陆金控银行市场集中度过高、国有股 持股比例大、业务多元化程度低是其绩效与台湾地区存在差异的主要原因。鉴于台湾的发 展经验与两岸存在的问题，大陆金控银行应加快立法、完善市场结构和内部治理、逐步建 立纯粹型金控组织模式、拓展多元化业务和健全风险监督管理体系，以提高大陆金控银行 经营绩效。 关键词：两岸，金控银行，绩效，市场结构，内部治理 I Abstract The development of the financial holding company model has become a hot topic in the study of scholars at home and abroad. There is no form generally accepted research conclusion about whether or not financial holding company’s comprehensive advantages can be reflected in the process of operation. Most of the existing financial holding companiesin Mainland China are built basing on commercial banks whichare the same as Taiwan. As the main subject of financial holding company, the performance of commercial banks reflects advantages and problems of financial holding company. In addition that cross-strait humanities and financial environment have similar characteristics and financial holding company in Taiwan is typical representative, comparative study on performance of cross-strait financial holding bankshas important practical significance to promote the development of financial holding company inMainland China. Based on the theories of financial holding banks performance and current situations about the development of cross-strait financial holding banks, this paper builds the comprehensive performance indicators of cross-strait financial holding banks by factor analysis, then makesdeeply empirical analysis on the causes of differentperformance from market environment, organization pattern, ownership structure and scope of business.
