All of the Requirements are important, but I’d like to talk about a few of the requirements that set up Continuous Improvement and Employee Responsibility and then about some Environmental Issues. You will notice that Pollution Prevention is on the list, but Anheuser-Busch has always been a leader in this area and it is expected that all facilities will lead the industry in finding ways to Reduce Pollution, Reuse Recycle waste products. Our first choice is always to reduce waste. Supervisors complete evaluation forms on a quarterly basis. Department managers review the evaluation forms. Employees sign the evaluation and discuss their performances with the supervisors or managers. Communicate individual performance expectations and accountabilities/business plan and department goals. Discuss the individual’s strengths and areas need improvement.
