中国石油大学（华东） 硕士学位论文 山地物探作业交通安全评价及应用研究 姓名：李鹏洋 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：安全工程 指导教师：陈国明；尹洪雷 201205 摘 摘 要 道路交通安全工作是石油物探作业安全管理工作的重要组成部分，有效的道路交通 安全管理工作是紧密围绕着道路交通风险管理开展的，评价方法在很大程度上影响着管 理的效果和结果，建立、确定合理、科学、系统的道路交通安全评价方法具有十分重要 的理论和实践意义。针对目前石油物探作业尤其是山地石油物探作业在道路交通安全评 价方面还未形成较为完整和系统的体系，本文尝试建立基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价 方法对山地物探作业交通安全评价工作进行初步研究，期望能为实现科学、定量评价物 探作业交通安全管理工作提供新的思路和方法。 在前人对道路交通安全评价方法以及评价指标选择的基础上，结合山地物探作业实 际情况和特点，构建了由4项一级指标和15项二级指标组成的评价指标体系，并应用 层次分析法对其进行权重确定；然后建立山地物探作业模糊综合评价模型，设计、建立 了各项指标的具体评价标准；最后结合具体的山地物探施工项目进行山地物探作业模糊 综合评价模型实证研究，对该项目交通安全管理状况进行定量评价和分析，并对该项目 的交通安全管理改进提出建议。 关键词：道路交通，安全评价，山地物探作业，模糊综合评价 Assessment Assessment on Traffic Safety for Geophysical Operations in Mountain Area Li Pengyang(Safety Engineering) Directed by Profi Chen Guoming Abstract The work of road traffic safety is the most important part of Petroleum exploration operations safety management．The effective road traffic safety management is closely around the road traffic risk management development．The evaluation method significantly influenced the effects and results of the management．Established and determine the rational， scientific system of road traffic safety evaluation method has a very important theoretical and practical significance．For petroleum geophysical operations，especially the mountain of geophysical prospecting for petroleum operations in the road traffic safety evaluation has not formed a complete and system．This paper attempts to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process for a preliminary study of the mountain geophysical operations traffic safety evaluation，Expectations for the realization of scientific，quantitative evaluation of the geophysical operations Traffic Safety Administration to provide new ideas and methods． On the basis of the previous choice of evaluation methods and evaluation of road traffic safety,combined with the actual situation and characteristics of the mountain geophysical operations，We first constructed by the four-level indicator
