西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就，人民的物质和 文化生活水平有了很大的提高。然而，在经济持续高速增长的同时，收入 差距特别是城乡收入差距却在不断的拉大，到2009年底我国城乡收入差距 已经突破一万元，收入差距过大已经成为制约我国经济发展的瓶颈。 城乡收入差距过大已经引起了国家和社会各界的高度重视。在十七大 报告中，首次强调了在初次分配中要体现公平来遏制贫富差距；全国政协 十一届三次会议工作报告强调，2010年要高度重视收入差距过大问题，努 力促进社会公平正义。 我国理论界从不同的角度分析了城乡收入差距拉大的原因，并提出相 应的对策。本文着重从教育的视角分析城乡收入差距，在既有研究的基础 之上，从经济学、哲学、统计学、政治学等多个角度，以马克思主义的基 本理论为指导，以舒尔茨的人力资本理论为依托，从理论上站稳脚跟，阐 明教育对收入差距的影响；再运用协整理论和向量自回归模型进行实证分 析，结合我国城乡收入差距和城乡教育差距的现状并分析造成差距拉大的 原因，最后得出城乡教育差距对城乡收入差距的影响程度并提出解决对 策。 “百年大计，教育为本”。教育在城乡收入差距中的作用不可低估，城 乡教育差距是城乡收入差距的深层原因。从教育角度研究城乡收入差距， 对构建和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村及维护社会的稳定有重要的参考价 值。 关键词：城乡收入差距 城乡教育差距 影响 Ab Ab st r a ct Reform and opening up，our economic construction has made eye．catching achievements，the people’S material and cultural life has greatly improved． However in a high rate of economic growth，particularly between urban and rural income gap is being pulled in 2009， Urban and rural income gap in the country and the community attaches great importance to the seventeenth report，the first time in primary distribution，on the fair to curb wealth gaps．The national committee of eleven of the third session of the work in the report pointed out that the year 20 1 0 to attach greatly importance to the income gap is too large．The important task of this year is to effort to promote social justi ce． Our country from various angles analysis of urban and rural income gap between the major reasons and put forward some countermeasures．this article mainly from the education of the analysis of urban and rural income gap in a study on the basis of different perspectives，such as economics，philosophy， statistics，politics and SO on，Maxism theory of dialectical materialism and Schults of human capital theory to rely on a footing in theory for answer for the income gap influence；and finally came to the educational gap between urban and rural areas to the income gap between the degree of influence and proposed solutions． Education iS the foundation to plan our
