摘要对聊城市水资源进行评价与供需平衡分析，有利于掌握水资源的动态变化规律，寻找科学、 摘要 对聊城市水资源进行评价与供需平衡分析，有利于掌握水资源的动态变化规律，寻找科学、 合理、可持续开发利用和保护水资源的有效途径，是进行水资源规划的基础，对本市国民经济的 可持续稳定发展具有重要意义，对于现实的生产、生活有着重要的指导作用。 本文进行了聊城市水资源调查和评价。内容包括地表水资源评价、地下水资源评价、水资源 总量评价以及地表水水质评价和地下水水质评价。地表水资源评价中，首先，进行了降雨频率分 析，在水资源分区的基础上采用径流还原法．同时辅以数理统计、经验模型等方法，并进行了合 理性检验与一致性分析。地下水资源评价中，采用区域均衡方法为主，水文地质参数以经验取值 为主，辅以解析法和其他方法。 评价结果表明，聊城市多年平均地表水水资源量为26676万m3、地下水资源量为132556万 o、水资源总量为118647万m3。聊城市水资源可利用量为109227万m3。不计跨流域引水形成 的的地下水可开采量，全市多年平均水资源可利用量为83925万矗。在此基础上，根据聊城市 2010年经济发展预测，进行水资源的供需平衡分析，提出了水资源优化配置、工程和政策措施等， 以缓解区域严重缺水的状况，促进聊城市经济社会可持续发展。 关键词：水资源，评价，平衡分析，对策 AbstractEvaluation Abstract Evaluation and balance analysis between supply and demand of the water resource of Liaocheng city is propitious to the mastery of the rules of its dynamic variety．Searching effective measures for the scientific，reasonable and continuable exploitation and utilization is the base of the planning of water resource．It is also very important to the continuable and stable development of the economy and is of practical importance directive to social production and human life． The investigation and evaluation of the water resource of Liaocheng city are discussed in this papert which involves evaluations to the resource ofsurface water and grotmdwater,the total amount of water resource，the quality of surface water and groundwater．For the evaluation to the surface water, after the analysis to the rainfall frequency,the runoff reduction method is adopted based on the zoning of water with assistance of mathematical statistics and empirical model．The reasonableness check and consistency analysis are also performed．For the evaluation to the groundwater resource，the major method is the regional equilibrium，and the hydrological geology data is selected experientially, assisted by analytic method,etc．． The evaluation results indicate that the mean annual quantity of surface water resource of Liaoeheng city is 266，760，000m3 and that ofgroundwater is 1,325，560，000m3，and the total amoun
