摘 摘 要 兰州市奶产业是畜牧业中市场化程度较高，发展较早 的产业之一。奶产业链条较长，大力发展奶产业，可以带 动相关产业的发展。发展奶产业是提高人民健康水平，增 强国民体质的需要，是增加农民收入的需要，是推进农业 和农村经济结构战略性调整的需要。兰州奶产业起步早， 奶牛养殖相对集中，市场比较成熟。但由于受人们饮食结 构和消费习惯，乳品加工企业小且多而分散，产品质量不 稳定，生产技术水平低等因素的影响，制约了兰州奶业的 发展。随着加入WTO，“学生饮用奶”计划的推广，市场竞 争的作用，国家产业政策的导向，兰州奶产业将保持高增 长的势头。在今后奶产业的发展中，我们要提高思想认识， 加强组织领导，调整好种植结构，扩大优质饲草料的种植， 加强奶源基地建设，壮大龙头企业，培育地方名牌，积极 开拓牛奶消费市场，制定优惠政策，加大资金投入，组建 行业协会，强化行业管理，推动兰州市奶业跨越式的发展。 关键词：奶产业；发展；策略：兰州 Research Research oH the development issues of Lanzhou city’s dairy industry Lanzhou city’s dairy industry is one of the highest in markettion and the earliest in animal husbandry．The dairy industry have the Ionger industrv chain， 1t can strongly improve and promote other industry that is correlated with dairy industry to develop dairy industry，that is also needs of improving people’s health level，strengthening people’s constitution，increasing farmer，s 。amlng and promoting strategy’s adj usting on agriculture economy．Lanzhou dairy industry have prior developed，so dairy cattle can be breeded centralizedly and dairy marketing have maturitied．But Lanzhou dairy industrv naVe been restricted，on account of the influence of people’s bite and sup structure and consumed customs，small and decentralization of milk enterprises，labilization of milk machining product，lowness of teehnique level·Along with china’s entered into WTO，implementation of··the plan of pupil milk”，the function of marketing competition and the indneement of national industry policy，Lanzhou dairy industry will be keeping the highest increased tendency．In the future of the development of Lanzhou，s dairv lndustry，we must enhance our the thought cognition level，strengthen the guidance of organization，adjust and optimize the structure of planting， expands the planting area of high quality forage grass．We will strengthen the base construct of milk source， grow strong dragon head enterprises。cultivate local the famous milk brand， exploit the consumed marketing of milk，constitute the policy that make fo
