大连理工大学硕士学位论文摘 大连理工大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 跨国公司在技术转移中存在着外部性——溢出效应。模仿是技术溢出的主要途 径。分析模仿对国际技术转移方式的影响，进而选择最佳的技术转移方式，是跨国公 司保持持续竞争力的一个重要手段。本文重点考察在模仿行为的威胁下，跨国公司如 何在出口、许可证和FDI三种技术转移方式中选择，以及如何选择欲转移的技术水平。 本文主要运用博弈分析法，从以下两点做了创新： (1)从模仿威胁的角度分析跨国公司技术转移方式的选择。 (2)在前人研究的基础上建立了一个改进了的动态博弈模型。体现在以下两点： 一是在技术扩散中引入东道国企业的模仿成本，二是出口和国外直接投资方式下也存 在模仿的可能。 本文得出的主要结论有：当模仿是不可置信的威胁时，跨国公司倾向于许可证贸 易，并许可最先进的技术。当存在模仿的威胁时，跨过公司有两种手段阻止技术扩散： 一是转换技术转移方式，选择出口或者FDI；二是仍然采取许可证方式，但是许可相 对落后的技术，以减少被许可方进行模仿的激励。由于采取以上的措施都会有一定的 损失。因此，跨国公司最佳策略是选择损失最少的方式。这些损失为：出口方式下的 运输成本和关税损失，FDI方式下的固定成本损失，许可证贸易下的联合利润损失以及 为了阻止模仿，而转移相对落后技术造成的损失。由于知识产权保护程度是模仿成本 的重要影响因素，因此跨国公司的最佳策略和东道国的知识产权保护程度紧密相关。 东道国的福矛0水平受跨国公司最佳策略的影响，从而也与本国的知识产权保护程度相 关。 关键词： 技术转移；模仿；威胁：出口；许可证；国外直接投资 李小红：跨国公司技术转移方式选择研究The 李小红：跨国公司技术转移方式选择研究 The Research for Multinational Corporation to Choose the Mode of Technology Transfer Abstract There exists external reference，that iS technology spiUover when multinational companies transfer technology．And imitation is the major way of technology spillover．So analyzing the influence of imitation upon the mode of technology transfer，and further choosing the best mode of technology transfer ale the important measles for multinational companies keeping active competition．This peper observes multinational companies how to choose the best mode of technology transfer among export,licensing and FDI and technology level under the threats of host companies’imitation．The game theory analysis is the major methods used in this paper．There has two innovations as follows： (1)Analyzing the mode of technology from the host companies’imitation (2)Setting up a impmved dynamic game model based on othem’performance embodying in tow points．The first is introducing imitation cost during technology diffusion．The second，there has possibilities ofimitation in the mode ofexport and FDl． The important conclusions are as fonows：when the imitation cost is not hi#，and is not the believable threat，the best choice for the multinational company is licensing the newest t
