万方数据 万方数据 列控系统零部件供应链改善应用研究 摘 要 列控系统是轨道交通系统中重要的组成部分。由于涉及到轨道运输的安全运营，列控系 统对零部件的质量、服务要求非常高。H 公司是一家列控系统零部件供应商，承担了国内多 家列控系统的关键零部件的生产、供应任务。本文以 H 公司为对象，进行了供应链改善应用 研究。主要内容包括： (1)确定改善供应链的方法和步骤。本文针对列控系统零部件供应链，分析了该供应链的 结构和特点，论证了基于 TRIZ 方法获得供应链问题解决方案的可行性、先进性，进而论证和 制定了完整的方法和步骤。 (2)筛选合适的供应链问题作为改善对象。在实际改善供应链的过程中，慎重选择要解决 的供应链问题，可以起到事半功倍的效果。本文综合考虑了供应链绩效、供应链构成组织、 供应链结构等方面的因素，挑选了十个问题作为供应链改善应用研究的对象，保证了这些问 题和企业绩效直接相关，又能控制在合适的组织范围内，并且可以直接影响供应链结构的运 作效率。 (3)基于 TRIZ 方法确定供应链管理问题的解决方案。本文基于 TRIZ 方法，从企业内、外 两个方面针对几个问题进行了分析，并给出解决方案，通过实践得到了相关的验证结果。 本文为企业改善供应链提供了一套完整的改善思路，可以帮助企业有效地改善供应链运 营。 关键词：供应链，TRIZ 方法，冲突矩阵，发明原理 2 The application research for improving the supply chain of the train control system components ABSTRACT The train control system is an important part of the system of railway traffic. The train control system is very demanding in terms of the parts quality and service. H Company is a supplier of train control system, undertook the production and supply mission of many critical parts of several domestic train control system. This paper takes the H Company as the object to study the application for improving the supply chain. These main contents included in this paper are listed as below: The process to improving supply chain. This paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the train control system parts’ supply chain. Then the feasibility and advancement of the solution based on the TRIZ method is proved. At the last, this paper provide a complete program. The selection of the supply chain problem suitable for improving object. Be carefully to choose the problem of supply chain to solve can play a multiplier effect in the process of the improvement of it. This paper take fully into account the performance, the organization and the structure of the supply chain and then picks up ten problems as the object for the research.
