PAGE 毕业设计（论文） 题目： 论酒店降低餐饮采购成本的途径  论降低餐饮采购成本的途径 摘要 近年来，随着社会经济总体水平的快速提高、服务业产业链的日趋完善以及相关政策支持力度的加强，餐饮业得到了前所未有的发展。然而餐饮企业正处于高度竞争且高速变化的环境之中，而竞争使行业平均利润下降。企业依靠销售和生产环节树立或维持持续竞争优势越来越困难；而多年来一直被忽视的采购领域尚有操作和发展空间。采购一直是影响公司成功和盈利能力的关键因素, 采购成本决定着产品成本的高低, 采购成本下降同时体现着现金流出的减少,利润的增加,从而增强企业竞争力, 使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文通过分析现今餐饮业采购中存在的问题，探讨降低餐饮采购成本的途径。 关键词：采购；成本控制；途径  Discuss ways to reduce the cost of food procurement ABSTRACT In recent years, with the overall level of rapid social and economic improvement of the industrial chain is becoming more perfect service, and support the strengthening of relevant policies, the restaurant industry has been unprecedented development. But food companies are in a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment, and competition makes the industry average profits decreasing. Enterprises rely on sales and production processes establish or maintain sustainable competitive advantage is increasingly difficult, yet still the area of procurement operations and development which has been neglected over the years. Procurement has been a success and profitability of the companys key factors determine the purchase cost of the high and low product cost, procurement cost reduction also reflects a decrease in cash outflow, increase profits, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises so that the enterprises could stand in the fierce market competition and being invincible. This paper analyzes the current procurement problems of food and beverage industry, discuss ways to reduce the cost of food and beverage purchases.
