Taking the civil servant performance evaluation of S province’s L bureau as an example, the thesis,on the basis ofour country’s current performance evaluation,focuses on its problems and finds out the factors leading to the problems.Furthermore,the thesis brings forwad both specific and com/llon measRrements.The main contents are as follow: First,the thesis defines performance evaluation’s concept,via theories and current situation relative to it,and sun强up Sino-foreign relevant theories and pragmatic material. Second,by way of collecting enough material and present conditions of S province L bureau’s performance evaluation,the thesis expresses our country’s existing performance evaluation and points out it is short of ambigons goal,partial contents,rough yardsticks, abnormal procedure,feedback and so on.
