内容提要教育行动研究、教师专业化成长是近年来教育理论与实 内容提要 教育行动研究、教师专业化成长是近年来教育理论与实 践领域中的热点研究问题，特别是随着基础教育课程改革的 进一步推进，实现教师基亍校本的号业化成长，日益成为芝 革传统教师教育一个新的生长点。教育行动研究作为一 新的教育科学研究方法，正日益得到教育学者、一线教师的 关注，同时实现教师专业化成长的方式与途径在理论与实践 方面都得到有益的探索。笔者循着基础教育课程改革校本化 路径，将教育行动研究与教师专业化成长结合起来研究，试 图发现一条通向教师专业化成长的可行之路，那就是教师要 成为研究者，教师在实践中，在真实的教育情境中，在学校 中通过开展教育行动研究实现自身的专业化成长。本文从教 育行动研究的历史发展历程，分析了教育行动研究的特点和 一般程序，阐述了教育行动研究对教师专业化成长的功能 指出当前在校本中制约开展教育行动研究存在的问题莠‘ 析其原因，初步提出推进教育行动研究促进教师专业化+成长 的应对策略。 关键词：教育行动研究；教师专业化；成因；对策 Ab Ab stract Recently，in the field of educational theory and practice， educational action research and teacher’S professional development have become the fashion problem．What’S more，to realize teachers’school—based pro先ssional development has grown to be a new starting point to change traditional teacher’S education with more steps of reformation of basic education curriculum．Educational action research，as a new scientific research method，has been paid more and more attention to by Instructors and teachers；at the same time，the ways and the approaches of realizing teachers’professional development have been effectively researched 011 theory and practice．Following the approach of basic educational school—based curriculum．I trV to find an available way for the teachers’professional development with the combination of educational action research and teachers’professional development，which iS to make the teachers researchers．They Call get selfprofessional development by carrying out the educational action research in their daily teaching career．Based on its historic development．I trv to analyze some special points and rules of educational action research，illustrate the effect educational action research has on teachers’professional development，and point out several problems that lie in the Iimitation of school。based action research and their causes SO that I can put forwal‘d some personal opinions about how to promote teachers’professional development． Key words：action research；teachers’professional development
