Research on the Problem of Trucks Deadhead on the Expressway in Shanxi A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Wang Lin Supervisor：Prof. Xiao Runmou Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 2012 年世界经济放缓，国际贸易增速回落，贸易保护主义抬头，欧洲债务危机不 断加剧，中国经济增长缓慢。山西经济发展模式严重依赖外部经济环境，导致山西道 路运输业经营环境不断恶化，高速公路货车空车走行率持续走高，货车空驶问题十分 突出。 本文首先概述了山西经济、山西高速公路的发展以及山西道路运输业现状。其次， 以山西高速公路联网收费数据库为统计平台，以全国高速公路货车空驶数据为依据， 得出山西高速公路空驶货车的空车走行率特性、交通组成特性、地市分布特性、时间 分布特性、车流流向特性、行驶里程特性，同时，将上述空驶货车交通特性结合山西 运城市高速公路空车调查，分析出山西高速公路货车空驶原因。论文最后针对货车空 驶原因，提出了降低高速公路货车空驶率的建议。 本文对降低山西高速公路货车空驶率具有实际的指导意义，认为山西高速公路管 理部门应与交通管理部门合作，建立山西高速公路空车监控机制，制定相应的政策， 引导山西道路运输业健康发展。 关键词：交通运输；山西高速公路；空驶特性；调查分析 i PAGE PAGE iv iii iii Abstract In 2012, world economic was slowing down, international trade growth rate was stagnated, trade protectionism was raised, the European debt crisis was intensified, and Chinese economic growth became slow. The pattern of economic development in Shanxi province is highly dependent on the external economic environment, which could result in continuously deteriorating of the environment of highway transport, persistently increasing of the percentage of empty to loaded car kilometers, and highlighting the truck deadhead problem. This paper would firstly outline the development of Shanxi economy, Shanxi highway and road transport industry. Secondly, based on the platform of highway traffic charge database in Shanxi and highway truck deadhead data across the country, some probable traffic characteristics conclusion of empty running car in Shanxi are obtained, such as the percentage of empty to loaded car kilometers, empty traffic composition, position, timing, flow and mileage. At the same time, through combining the traffic characteristics above to the investigation of highway empty car running in Yuncheng City, which is part of Shanxi province, the reason of highway truck deadhead would be analyzed.
