I I PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 网络的便捷带来了人们对信息共享的需求，使得企业需要越来越多的外界信 息和企业内部知识的积累，并在它们之间不断交互中使知识获得再生和增值。OA 不只是人际办公的计算机化，而是融入新的管理方式，融知识管理于办公自动化 中。通过新系统，OA 为企业领导层，办公室，人力资源部门，业务部门等提供了 全新高效的工作模式。本文在此基础上提出了山西焦煤集团办公自动化系统的体 系结构，并深入研究了在系统开发过程中的有关技术。该系统在采用成熟、先进 的 J2EE 技术架构、工作流、数据库连接池等技术基础上，采用 MVC 设计模式， 使用 Struts 架构。构建企业日常办公与内部管理系统的应用平台，并以此为支撑使 用构件技术搭建以协同办公为“核心”，以业务系统为“发散”，实现日常办公的 信息化与管理的网络化。 本文所做的主要工作如下： 1.介绍了办公自动化的基本概念、办公自动化的发展过程及发展趋势。 2.详细地从系统建设、系统功能划分、系统技术实现三个方面讲述系统的设计 思想。 3.研究了 B/S 结构下，企业办公自动化系统所采用的技术框架，讨论了包括自 定义工作流设置、统一权限管理等技术的应用等。 整个设计工作由设计组成员共同完成，自己在整个设计中所做的工作主要是 “系统功能的实现”。 关键词： 办公自动化，J2EE，工作流，个性化 ABSTRACT Because of the convenience of the network people demand to share more information，meanwhile enterprises need more information of the outer world and the accumulation of knowledge in enterprises, and which can renew and increase the value of knowledge between their constant interaction. OA is not just interpersonal computerized office, but integration of new management methods and knowledge management in office automation. Through the new system, OA provides a new and highly efficient work model for Enterprises leadership, the Office, the Human Resources Department, the Business department and so on. On the basis, this paper proposes Shanxi Coking Coal Group CO.,LTD architecture of office automation system and researches the technology in the process of the system development in-depth. The system uses fully-fledged and advanced technologies, such as framework J2EE, workflow, database connection pool, meanwhile adopting MVC design pattern, applying Struts framework. To implement the informatization of routine office work and management network, the system constructs application platform of day-to-day office work and internal management, on the basis of which sets up the coordination core, business systems for Divergence using component technology.
