TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR LED TRAFFIC MODULES Module Size: 200mm diameter Lens: The modules must have lens to ensure the uniformity of the modules luminance in a ratio of no less than 1:10 between the minimum and maximum values measured The lens must avoid phantom effect, and the emitting surfaces of the module shall not crack, craze or yellow under exposure to sunlight over the service life of the module. Documentation shall be provided that clearly demonstrates the UV stabilization of the external lens. Lens shall be replaceable. Rated Voltage: 85VAC ~ 135VAC Warranty: 5 years Light Decay: 15% during the warranty period Power Supply: The power supply shall have a optocoupler to provide insulation from the circuit to the main power. Tests which will be performed in Brazilian Labs. The products shall pass in those tests, in the following order: Sample Preparatory Conditioning (Burn-in) (same as ITE)Previously to Type Tests assay run, LED Modules samples shall be permanently energized (operational cycle of 100%), to temperature of 60o C, for a minimum period time of 24 hours conditioning. Mechanical Vibration (same as ITE)Mechanical vibration testing shall be performed per MIL-STD-883, Test Method 2007, using three 4 minute cycles along each x, y, and z axis, at a force of 2.5 Gs, with a frequency sweep from 2 Hz to 120 Hz. Signals under test shall be non-operating. Mechanical ProtectionThe modules shall pass the tests for dust and water protection, and be classified as IP 65 Heat ResistanceLED Modules shall be submitted to thermal shock, in a temperature range cycle between -10oC (no humidity control) to 60oC (with 90% air relative humidity). LED Modules shall be submitted to 10 cycles of climatic conditioning, according to the following characteristics of the cycle below:After thermal shock shall be performed light intensity measurements.Note: this test may be performed in a climatic chamber provided with a thermal shock function or using two chambers si
