华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract The harsh environments of mountainous expressway in construction make the situation of safety production more severe. The statistical data of construction safety accidents show that about 80 percent of construction accidents are related to workers, and workers belong to the production team. Therefore, the dynamic management mode of team safety production, during the construction process of mountainous expressway, should be fully adopted to solve the safety problems of mountainous expressway construction. On the basis of the research actuality about dynamic management of team safety production, the paper explores the theories and methods to promote the level of team safety management in the construction process of De Shang mountainous expressway, and it also builds a dynamic management system about team safety production. The main objective of the system is to implement dynamic risk monitoring on construction process, which, in turn, provide guidance for construction operation management of team, enhance the level of team’s self-management and improve the team management standards. Through field research and data collection, the paper identifies significant safety risk existed in the whole construction process such as high pier construction, tunnel construction, high slope construction, cast-in-place box girder construction in order to guide dynamic safety risk monitoring on the team construction site and to ameliorate the level of dynamic management of team safety production. The paper selects representative and significant tenders in the De Shang mountainous expressway as demonstration site, and conducts real time monitoring on safety risk in the construction process through in-spot regular investigation and expert visit.
