万方数据 万方数据 Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Compulsory Education Equalization Development in Shenyang Abstract The prominent contradictions in compulsory education of Shenyang and serious unbalanced education resources allocation have gradually become the main reasons people dissatisfied with compulsory education, directly impact the peoples good wishes to the fair. Although people have realized that the allocation of resources are unbalanced in compulsory education and make the laws and regulations enacted to promote the balanced development of education. But after years of implementation of compulsory education, balanced development of compulsory education still twists and turns, while uneven phenomenon is also prominent. Imbalances between urban and rural as well as that of regions are still serious. Therefore, the research and countermeasure analysis on changing the balanced problem of compulsory education development has a very definitely practical significance. This article will lock our country compulsory education equalization problem as research perspectives, making Shenyang compulsory education equalization development as the main investigation object. This paper will put the public goods supply theory into public management field, which is based on the theory of Rawls justice theory to support, analyzing the problems of the development of compulsory education equality. Based on the focus of the investigation of the current situation of compulsory education equality development in Shenyang, this paper will find several problems of the compulsory education equalization development which exist in Shenyang, such as: urban and rural equalization problem, intercollegiate equalization development and education quality equalization development problems. Using comparison and analysis of typical area compulsory education equalization development experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem
