万方数据 万方数据 Study on Land Distribution for Affordable House in Shenyang Abstract As an important measure, affordable housing is essential for improving poor peoples life, and it is also an important measure to build a moderately prosperous society. In recent years, achievements have been made remarkable in constantly adjusting affordable housing policy and increasing affordable housing construction in Shenyang. However, For affordable housing land , there are some problems in the spatial distribution ,because of the shortage of land resources. The low efficiency of the use of affordable housing result in a waste of housing resources , which reduces the role of social security affordable housing . Therefore, it is necessary to study on spatial layout of affordable housing land, so we can explore a rational and efficient land use planning. This article is aimed at the land distribution affordable housing in Shenyang City. First, it has build a theoretical framework by a large number of documents, described the background and current situation of affordable housing construction in Shenyang City, and determined the significance of this study by summarizing the related results home and abroad of the theoretical land distribution of affordable housing; Secondly, this article summarized the advantages and disadvantages to learn their policy theory; Again, by collecting and sorting the related data of construction of affordable housing in Shenyang, this article has grasped land distribution of affordable housing in Shenyang, made analysis of the importance of factors which affected affordable housing distribution with AHP, gotten the main factors that affordable housing should be considered in land-use planning; Finally, this article has summed up the problem of affordable housing land space layout in Shenyang nowadays, put forward some advices to improve the policy of affordable housing land distribution from the two aspects, such as city center and the suburbs ,improved the
