STYLEREF 标题 1 摘 要 PAGE 6 PAGE 5 STYLEREF 标题 1 摘 要 PAGE 1 学 号：200802210122  HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 毕业论文 GRADUATE THESIS 设计题目：中印IT服务外包比较研究 学生姓名：郭达 专业班级：08接贸1班 学 院：经济学院 指导教师：韩以群 讲师 2012年05月31日  摘 要 随着世界经济进一步向绿色、新兴科技、扁平化发展，凭借节能环保、低投入、高产出的特点，服务外包行业正在成为重要的战略性新兴产业，成为世界各国未来发展的重要领域，成为世界经济发展的重要趋势。选择IT服务外包，已经成为很多企业提高其核心竞争力的一种重要标志。 本文立足于此，首先从IT服务外包概述，主要讲述了概念、分类及动因，作为基础根基。然后扩展中印IT服务外包发展现状，对现状进行系统分析。基于现状进一步阐述中印IT服务外包的差异分析，为我国IT服务外包提供了更好的借鉴，对今后发展有更大的推动作用。主要采用参考资料、对比归纳方法进行概括研究，从而找出中印两国之间造成差异的原因，为今后IT服务外包的发展抓住机遇，以提高服务外包数量和质量为导向，充分利用中国相关资源，通过提升中国服务外包发展水平，推动我国产业结构升级，促进我国经济和贸易增长方式转变。 关键词 中国；印度；IT服务外包 Abstract As the world economy further to the green, emerging technology, flat, with energy saving and environmental protection, low input, high-yield characteristics, service outsourcing industry is becoming the important strategic emerging industry, become the worlds future development the important domain, become the important trend of world economic development. Select the IT service outsourcing, had become a lot of enterprises to improve their core competitiveness of an important. This article bases on this, first of all from the outsourcing of IT services are outlined, mainly describes the concept, classification and motivation, as the foundation. Then extended and IT service outsourcing development present situation, the system of the situation analysis. Based on the current situation and further expounds the IT service outsourcing difference analysis, for Chinas IT services outsourcing provides a better experience, for the future development of a greater role in promoting the. Mainly using reference, comparison and induction method were summarized research, so as to find out the cause of the difference between the two nations, for IT service outsourcing development to seize the opportunity, to improve the service outsourcing quantity and quality oriented, make full use of Chinese resources, through the promotion of Chinas service outsourcing development leve
