Therefore, introducing team work into the service of elderly retired people, can help them offset the feeling of been seperated from the society resulted by retirement, and overcome the sense of loss, inferiority and loneliness due to the failure of role switching, so as to help them better adapt to retirement, and improvie their life quality. In this paper, the author will discuss the general model of team work for elderly retired people and its insufficiency in practice through analysis of several typical cases, and also suggestions for improvement are put forward, in the hope to provide useful reference and guidance for better old aged service in the future.
