华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 毕 业 论 文 II II Abstract The knowledge-based economy, which will develop by large length in the future, can be said to be a kind of harmonious and sustainable development economy that stimulative person and natural. Software and information industry is the core and foundation in the knowledge economic, also it is important part of country economic strength in current knowledge economic era. This paper is based on the software and information services ,and aims at professional and continuously and comprehensive decision-making support service, thus optimize industrial development environment and enhance our software and information services overall development level of ascension. This paper put software and information services public service platform as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the public service platform of relevant theoretical knowledge and technical. Secondly, analyzes the present situation of the software and information service,，this paper puts forward the software and information services public service platform of necessity and feasibility. Thirdly, by analyzing the current situation of public service platform of hubei province, try to find the existing problems, and analyzes the causes of problems. On the basis of fully absorbing advanced international and domestic of management experience, using modernized computer information network system, and try to build an efficient, unified coordination of public service platform, in order to promote the software and information industry development. Finally, we put forward the solution to build up the public service platform, and propose safeguards for the platform to ensure the smooth functioning. I wish this paper can do a little good to improve the competitiveness of public service platform for software and information service industry.
