teachers and students can reach a win-win situation. That is, they get on with each other in harmony and both gain an all-round development.
The important power of university teachers to students is to establish a good example, teachers of students in the development of life acts an significant role. The construction of a new harmonious relationship between university teachers and students, the university teachers are the school administration and management of hot spots is also an urgent problem need to solve in university. This study aims to document retrieval, analysis and research, teachers and students from both analysis of the impact of the construction of teacher-student relationship, the relationship between teachers and students to explore the new traits, and through case studies to interpret the relationship between university teachers and students to construct a new effective pattern .
In this paper, the planning for the five chapters, its contents are summarized as follows:
Chapter I: literature. Retrieve through the document of the relationship between domestic and foreign teachers and students of history, the status quo, content, etc., for the sake of establishing a new relationship between university teachers and students and providing a theoretical reference.
Chapter II: a new way to explain the relationship between teachers and students. By means of the definition of the concept, and interpret new features of teacher-student relationship, first of all advance a new teacher-student relationship is harmonious relations between university teachers and students.
Chapter III: the relationship between teachers and students of the status quo of survey and analysis. By means of the questionnaire survey in Hebei University of Science and
