The construction of a new harmonious relationship between university teachers and students, the university teachers are the school administration and management of hot spots is also an urgent problem need to solve in university. This study aims to document retrieval, analysis and research, teachers and students from both analysis of the impact of the construction of teacher-student relationship, the relationship between teachers and students to explore the new traits, and through case studies to interpret the relationship between university teachers and students to construct a new effective pattern . In this paper, the planning for the five chapters, its contents are summarized as follows: Chapter I: literature.
