新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 Clinical Efficacy Observation of Aerosol Inhalation of Pulmicort Respules and Bricanyl in Treatment of AECOPD Postgraduate:lixiaoping supervisor:prof.jiazina Abstract Objective:To discussion the efficacy of nebulized budesonide suspension combined with Combivent in treatment of patients with acute exacerbati on of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD ) . Method: 50 patients with AECOPD were randomized in to study group and control group 25patients were administrated with Pulmicort Respules 2mg and Combivent at 2.5ml dissolved in saline 2ml for aerosol inhalation 3 times a day 25 controls were given only Pulmicort Respules 2mg dissolved in saline 2ml for aerosol inhalati on 3 times a day Then clinical manifestations blood gasanalysis and FVC、FEV1、dyspnea score 7 days after treatmentwere determined Results : There were significant differences in PaO2、 PaCO2 and FVC、FEV1、dyspnea score between two groups before and after treatment (p 0.05). The score ponding indicators between two groups were all significant different (p 0.05).was more significant different than control group.Two groups comparison show:the score of dyspnea ,the treatment group is 1.6,the control group is 0.8(p 0.05).After treatment the two group have significant different.In blood gas analysis,the treatment group elevate 13mmHg in PaO2 compare to 8 mmHg of control group.The treatment group decrease 11 mmHg in PaCO2 compare to 4 mmHg of control group. The two group have significant different.In comparison of the pulmonary function, after treatment the average ascensuses of FEV1、FVC in treatment group are1.4L、1L compare to 0.8L、0.6 L of control group. The two group have significant different (p 0.05) .The all index of the treatment group is obviously better than the control group. Conclusion: The outcome of study group is better than that of control group, and therefore aerosol inhalation Pulmicort Respules with Combivent may be an alternative to oral
