II II Analyze the Reform of the Chinese Supervision System of International Adaption Law ABSTRACT Every year, the citizens from USA, France, Canada and other western countries adopt thousands of children from China. While the international adoption law in China is still not complete, which may lead to the childs right being harmed. Although many countries have taken some measures to protect the children’s right, the truth is that every country has different laws, and probable hardly reach a unified agreement, which also may not contribute to the protection of the adopted children’s rights. Therefore, this article will try to discuss the preparation before adoption and the supervision of adoption law, but, unfortunately, the latter almost does not existed. However, after summarying the intercountry adoption laws of both UK and USA, this article will offer some advices in order to make the intercountry adoption law of China more complete and more helpful for the children who may travel overseas in the future. The article has four parts: the first chapter is about the summary of the supervision of international adoption; the second chapter will point out the lack of the international adoption law of China , mainly focusing on the preparation before adoption and the supervision of adoption; the third chapter will mention some advantages or some references in the adoption laws of UK and USA in a certain degree, mainly on the preparation before adoption and the supervision of adoption; the last chapter will provide some helpful advices.
