At the same time as people family concept continues to change and social mobility increases ceaselessly, divorce became more and more frequent in people s life.When the universality of the mortgaged house and the rising divorce rate meet, the mortgage loan houses ownership question will inevitably become the focus of controversy when getting divorced.
