With the continuous development of economic society, duty crime tend to be more intelligent, to conceal and collectivization. How to utilize the technology detection means for handling service become a hot and key point in the research of theory and practice department. As our countrys legal supervision organ, the duty of crime investigation is an importance embody of procuratorial organs exercising their supervision. But a series of original investigation measures improve not to adapt to the development trend of the duty crime .These measures cannot effectively find duty crime investigation, also cannot effectively fixed evidence collection. If legislation endows the procuratorial organs indictment to technology can effectively make up for the inadequacy of original investigation measures efficiency. The revised criminal procedure law endows the procuratorial organs indictment .Not only will this punishment of duty crime, and embodies the value concept of fighting crime and protecting human rights. In order to make the technical investigation measures effective suitable for probing the significant duty crime cases, this paper, by combining the provisions of the revised criminal procedure law, analyses legal regulations on technology investigation in comparison with those on other countries, further probed ,and tends to discuss technology of duty crime investigation involving some of the problems in the process.
