ABSTRACT ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Environmental issues is a problem of modernity, development on science and economic bring human well-being but results in the deterioration of natural environment,and environmental issues is threatening to human survival and development, we must pass the appropriate standard constraints on human behavior such as ethics, customs and religion, the more necessary that we should create a sound environment law to guide human practice,since 20th century 90s,Chinese environmental laws develop,includeing the structure and the number of environmental law, However, Chinas environmental problems has not changed much,We consider that an important reason is the law itself less developed, fundamentally speaking, Chinas environmental laws are lack of environmental philosophy,especially the thinking of environmental ethics and environmental justice,so we discuss Chinas environment about moral dimension in this topic, and study the justice value of environmental law,and bring up the countermeasures to improve justice value of environmental law. In the introduction, we will introduce the dissertations and research, and state issues of significance. In the second chapter,we talk about the sort of history and status on Chinese environmental law,and examine the problems of Chinese environmental law. In Chapter III, we think that of the value of Chinas environmental law from justice perspective, to reveal the absence of justice value on environmental law and loss reasons on the justice value .In the fourth chapter,we mainly talk that how to perfect the justice value of Chinese environmental law, including implementation of value orientation and value principle to perfect the sound of environmental law, and to achieve the justice value of environmental law from the legislative, law enforcement and law-abiding.
