I I 摘 要 高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分，具有教师和干 部的双重身份。辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，是高校学生日常 思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。促进辅导员的专业成长， 推进辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化建设，是辅导员队伍建设的重要课题。 本文首先借鉴教师专业成长的概念，揭示了高校辅导员专业成长的内涵及其 所具有的特点，即高度的综合性、突出的实践性和自主创造性，全面论述了辅导 员专业成长的意义，强调它是辅导员全面履行岗位职责的内在要求，不断提高辅 导员自身素质的关键所在，推进辅导员队伍专业化的必然要求。然后，具体分析 了当前高校辅导员专业成长中存在的主要问题，并从社会环境因素、工作环境因 素和个人自身因素等方面分析了问题的成因。最后，就如何促进高校辅导员的专 业成长作了比较深入的探讨，提出了辅导员专业成长的主要路径，即学习、实践、 研究和反思，认为学习是基础、实践是土壤、研究是助推器、反思是重要环节； 强调要建立健全促进辅导员专业成长的保障机制，即提高上岗门槛、严把准入关 口，完善培训体系，加强系统培训，健全激励机制、促进专业发展，通过辅导员 队伍的专业化促进个体的专业成长。 关键词：高校辅导员 专业化 专业成长 II II Abstract Counselors to promote the professional growth and promote the professionalization of counselors and professional team of construction ， the construction team counselors are an important issue.
