Over the past 20 years, Chinas securities market is booming, also increased the overall level of information disclosure of listed companies, but the frequent appearance of Listed Company Information Disclosure of illegal behavior, serious influence and restrict the healthy and stable development of Chinas securities market. China Securities Regulatory Commission published in January 2008, Chinas capital market development report clearly pointed out that Chinas capital market development in 2008-2020 eight strategic measures, one of which is to promote the healthy development of listed companies, and pointed out that strengthening the company information disclosure, increase the illegal disclosure of the costs and improve the quality of information disclosure is an important measure to promote the healthy development of listed companies.
