工业缝纫机机头结构及其数控加工工艺设计 吕波峰 ( 机械与汽车工程学院 指导教师：李家新） 摘要：工业缝纫机行业已经制订了线迹型式标准，实现各种线迹的工业缝纫机的基本机构类型经过长期使用比较成熟，机构类型趋于定型。产品质量改善、品种发展、技术水平提高、更新换代则更多的表现在原有产品基础上持续不断的改进。机电一体化技术的应用，为产品渐进性、连续性的变革、创新提供更大的空间，但也必须以原有产品为基础，增加自动化、集成化或系统化的功能。要彻底改变目前工业缝纫机基本机构类型的可能性不大，即使像周期缝纫机那样用电子控制技术取代凸轮机构，那也只是控制方式的改变，达到简化机构的目的，并没有根本改变像钉扣机、锁眼机和套结机的基本功能结构类型。 本论文主要是主要对其中的一种缝纫机---套结机，对其机头的结构和加工工艺进行一系列的设计。对缝纫机的机头材料的选择和加工刀具的型号，材质进行分析确认，用AutoCAD画出机型的加工面，并设计夹具的可靠性，可行性，最后设计好加工工艺，根据加工工艺选好坐标原点，用FANUC系统对其工艺进行数控编程。最后将加工出来的机头，通过品检，组装，质检后，来确定加工的可行性。 关键词：结构设计；加工工艺FANUC系统；数控编程 Abstract：The industry sewing machine profession has already drawn up the line mark pattern standard，realizes each kind of line mark industry sewing machine basic organization type to pass through the long-term use quite to be mature, the organization type tends to the stereotypia.
