一起农村婚宴引起的沙门氏菌食物中毒的调查 杨凤娟(云南省大理市疾病预防控制中心 云南大理671000) 【摘要】目的 了解一起食物中毒的原因，为防止类似事件的发生提供参考。 方法 运用食物中毒技术处理总则开展流行病学调查，对现场进行卫牛学调查, 对可疑食品及患者肛拭子等进行致病菌培养。结果 就餐的1440人中出现食物 中毒407人，发病率为28. 2 6 %。根据患者临床表现、潜伏期、现场卫生状况、 流行病学特点及实验室检验结果，确定此次食物中毒病原体为沙门氏菌属D群。 结论由于食晶加工过程中存在交叉污染、加工好的食晶放置时间长、加工及 存放条件不符合卫牛要求等原因造成食品受沙门氏菌D群污染，导致食物中毒 事件发牛。提示应加强农村食品卫牛监督管理和卫牛知识的宣传工作。 【关键词】沙门氏菌食物中毒调查 【中图分类号】R595 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 (2013) 49-0044-02 An investigatio n Salm on ella food pois oning caused by a rural wedding (Disease Control and Prevention Center of Dali, Yunnan Provinee, 671000.) [Abstract] The purpose of this essay is to un dersta nding causes of food pois onin g, i n order to provide ref ere nee for prevent! ng the occurre nee of similar incidents. In the investigation, we make an epidemiological survey though applying the tech no logy of gen eral food pois oning treatme nt, investigating the accide nt on-the-port based on hygiene, culturing the pathogen of suspicious foodsrsquo; and patientsrsquo; anal swab.
